By accessing or using Tablely — including thetablely.com and app.thetablely.com — you agree to these Terms. Tablely is an Australian business based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Tablely provides a digital seating chart platform: organisers create seating charts, upload guest lists, and generate QR codes guests scan to find their table.
Tablely offers a free tier for events with up to 50 guests, and paid plans for larger events. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Pricing changes come with at least 30 days' notice; failed payments may lead to suspension or downgrade after a grace period.
You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant Tablely a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload guest personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The Service's software, design, logos, and content (excluding your uploads) belong to Tablely and are protected by IP laws.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes those rights.
Subject to clause 8, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Subject to clause 8, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded; where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
You indemnify Tablely against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or harm. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Material changes are notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
